2. Custom Artwork and Orders
When you commission custom artwork or purchase items (such as custom pet portraits, tote bags, or bookmarks) through our storefront or via print-on-demand fulfillment partners:
- You certify that you have the rights to use any photographs or reference images provided to us.
- Due to the custom and personalized nature of commissioned artwork, custom orders are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or unauthorized use is suspected.

For any online or in-person art classes, workshops, or courses offered by PupArtByNoe:
